The course modules are designed to provide an Indian and South Asian perspective of Politics, Governance & International Relations; Growth & Development & Sustainability; Gender, Culture & Society; Technology, Innovation & the Future of Work; and Service Learning.

INTERACT

Through our Seminars, avail the opportunity to engage with eminent speakers on a variety of topics & issues that shed further light on India while focusing on our overarching themes of Security & Sustainability; Development & Diplomacy; Technology & Trade; Gender & Governance; and Culture & Civilisation.

 

VOLUNTEER

The optional Service Learning course module (Weeks 5-6) at the ISS provides a platform for you to volunteer for social causes with organizations such as Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology and Govardhan School of Sustainability as well as to further engage with India beyond the academic session (Weeks 1-4).

EXPERIENCE

Events that showcase India’s rich heritage as well as excursions to sites of touristic importance have been scheduled throughout the six-week program. Visits to the majestic Taj Mahal and the coastal state of Orissa or the Pink City of Jaipur will be among the many highlights of the program.
